Overview

An enterprise HR consulting firm serving global clients needed to move away from rigid third-party platforms that lacked modern AI scoring but lacked the in-house technical team to build their own software. Axia stepped in, deploying a functional proof-of-concept in less than three weeks. We then built a custom, production-grade assessment platform using LangGraph and LangChain, scaling it into an investor-ready product in six months.
